Os Periódicos TEC surgiram como mecanismo gráfico de divulgação. São produzidos a partir de jornais, revistas científicas, stickers, Playboys, etc. Guardam características tanto das antigas fanatic magazines quanto dos punk fanzines. O processo de confecção é baseado na justaposição ao acaso de abstract collages com fragmentos referentes a corrupção contemporânea, catástrofes, escândalos e política. A tiragem é limitadíssima – cerca de 10 exemplares por vez – pois não existe nenhum Periódico TEC idêntico ao outro.

The Periódicos TEC had appeared as a graphical machanism of spreading. They are produced by journals, cientific magazines, stickers, Playboys, etc. They keep characteristics as much of the old ones fanatic magazines how much of punk fanzines. The process of confection is based in the juxtaposition of the random of abstract collages with fragments referring the corruption contemporary, disasters, scandals and politics. The drawing is very limited – around 10 copies at a time – cause there no one Periódico TEC identic to the other.
